Ishtar Oil Services has an experienced workforce that comprises engineers and managers who have worked for different companies of the Ministry of Oil in Iraq. They were instrumental in our achievements during the 1998-2003 period when we operated as "Antemina for Commercial Agencies".

We supplied equipment and materials for different Iraqi government bodies, particularly the Ministry of Oil, transport and telecommunication. These operations totaled to more than one hundred million dollars.

Subsequent to the vital changes in Iraq in April 2003 and after attaining the qualifications needed to repair and bring the obsolete Iraqi oil sector up to date, we decided to establish Ishtar Oil Services and were registered with the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Oil in September 2003.
